Our coastline presents a dynamic interaction of the land and sea that encompasses a variety of habitats, from the marine to the terrestrial and with a complex intertidal boundary between the two.  This is a fascinating natural world where unique organisms have evolved to adapt to their particular niche in this diversity. Join Dr. Scott Cunningham, who has spent over 30 years exploring the coastal waters of Nova Scotia and Newfoundland by sea kayak, as he guides us on an audiovisual journey focusing on plants and animals that make this distinctive environment their home.
