The Maritime Museum of the Atlantic is hosting a weekly craft session for kids and families called the Artist of the Day, where you’ll get to explore your creative side. The program is FREE and will take place outside the museum in our courtyard.
This week, Kayla Rudderham, an Interpretive Programmer with the Museum of Natural History will be engaging participants in the fascinating progress of wax resist. Using a white crayon, you’ll sketch an object or sea creature using a white crayon and then applying watercolours to the image to create an amazing effect!
